Scholarship for undergraduate and graduate students attending the University of Alaska Anchorage part- or full-time majoring in Public Administration. Preference given to University of Alaska Anchorage applicants. Preference also given to People's Republic of China applicants, if there are any. Applicants must demonstrate motivation, academic and leadership potential. Candidates must have a minimum 3.0 GPA for an incoming student or a 3.5 GPA for current students. Student's must have a strong academic background. Number of awards and award amount varies.
