Scholarship for residents of Hartford or West Hartford, Connecticut who are incoming freshmen or transfer students attending Central Connecticut State University (CCSU) in Connecticut full-time. Applicants must have evidence of academic achievement, community involvement, leadership and commitment to diversity. Freshmen must rank in the top 40% of their class or have an SAT of 1000 or more. Transfer students must have a minimum of 30 credits and a minimum 2.7 GPA. Number of awards and award amount varies.
