Scholarship for Mills, Fremont, Cass, Adams, Pottawattamie, Taylor, Page, or Montgomery County, Iowa residents who are college freshmen or sophomores enrolled full-time at Iowa State University. Students must demonstrate academic achievement and financial need. Number of awards and award amount may vary. A FAFSA must be submitted by March 1st.
