Annual award for an undergraduate senior attending Nicholls State University full-time, majoring in Culinary Arts. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Student must receive a recommendation from a Chef John Folse Culinary Faculty member and from a Nicholls State University Faculty member not associated with the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute. Award amount varies.
