Scholarship for Hispanic American, Native American, Asian American, or Appalachian students who are Franklin, Delaware, Union, or Madison County, Ohio residents and are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at Columbus State Community College. Students must have a minimum 2.5 CGPA and be U.S. citizens. Consideration given to financial need and community service. A FAFSA must be submitted by July 18th. A personal statement and essay must be included with application packet.
