Scholarship for Massachusetts residents adopted through the Department of Social Services pursuing full-time undergraduate studies at a public college or university in Massachusetts. Applicants must not have earned a prior bachelor's degree or its equivalent, be 24 years of age or younger, and be a U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
