Scholarship for Massachusetts residents who are current or former foster children pursuing full-time undergraduate studies at a public college or university in Massachusetts. Applicants must be 24 years of age or younger, not have been adopted or returned home, and be a U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
