Scholarship for undergraduate students enrolled full-time at the University of Maine. Preference given to descendants of Deacon Ephraim Flint of Baldwin, Maine; second preference given to student born and maintaining legal residence in Baldwin, Maine; third preference given to graduates of Foxcroft Academy, who are born and maintain legal residence in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine. Number of awards and award amount may vary. Certification of residency must be included with application packet.
