Scholarship for residents of Maryland, Pennsylvania or West Virginia who are incoming freshmen enrolling full-time at Frostburg State University. Applicants must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and minimum SAT score of 1100. Preference given to residents of Pennsylvania or West Virginia. Number of awards may vary. Nonrenewable.
