Scholarship for residents of Hoke County, North Carolina who are undergraduate students attending East Carolina University. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, financial need and file the FAFSA. Due date, award amount and number of awards may vary. Nonrenewable; but recipients may reapply and compete annually.
