Scholarship for entering freshmen planning to attend the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Candidates must attend UCLA the fall quarter immediately after graduating, but not apply until after a one-year sabbatical in a study-abroad program. Interview may be required. Applicants must have demonstrated financial need. Number of awards varies. Nonrenewable.
