Scholarship for residents of the Eighth District in Missouri who are undergraduate students attending Southeast Missouri State University full-time. Applicants must have completed at least one semester of college level work and have achieved a 2.5 GPA. Student must have education-related financial need in excess of Pell Grant assistance. Candidate must demonstrate leadership, service, and participate in co-curricular activities. Due date, number of awards and award amount varies.
