Scholarship for incoming freshmen enrolling full-time at Frostburg State University. Applicants must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and minimum SAT score of 1100. Preference given first to residents of Frostburg, then Allegany County and then to Maryland. Number of awards may vary. Nonrenewable. Contact the Admissions Office for more information.
