Scholarship for college seniors or fifth year pre-service students who are student members of the South Carolina Council of the International Reading Association (SCIRA). Students must be enrolled in a South Carolina college or university majoring in Education. Applicants must show evidence of membership, financial need, academic potential, and enrollment in a South Carolina college of education. Nonrenewable; recipients may reapply for a second year.
