Scholarship for undergraduate or graduate students enrolled at a postsecondary institution. Students must hold an FCC amateur radio license in the FCC Fifth call district area. Preference given to FCC 5th call district residents (Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, or New Mexico) majoring in electronics, communication or a related field and have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
