Scholarship for graduate students attending the University of Utah full-time. Applicants must submit a paper which, in the opinion of the awards committee, will make a contribution in the area of energy. Energy includes ecological, sociological and legal matters related to energy, as well as problems in the research and developoment of energy resources or facilities. Number of awards varies.
