Scholarship for Illinois residents who are undergraduate and graduate students attending one of the ten state-supported universities in Illinois. Recipients are selected by each state legislator from among applicants living within their legislative district. Due date, number of awards and award amount varies. Contact the student's State Senator or State Representative for more information and/or application.
