Scholarship for full-time, entering freshmen at Northern Illinois University who meet the criteria of the University Scholar Award. Applicants must have financial need and file the FAFSA, IVF, and blue card. Criteria for the University Scholars Award are: National Merit Scholar caliber, recommended rank in top 5% of class, and a minimum ACT score of 27, and extracurricular activities. Number of awards and award amount may vary. Nonrenewable.
