Scholarship for residents of San Luis Obispo or Santa Barabra counties, California who are incoming freshmen of transfer students from Allan Hancock or Cuesta College attending California Polytechnic State University. Selection based on financial need. It is recommended that applicants file the FAFSA as most awards are need based. Number of awards and award amount may vary. Nonrenewable.
