Scholarship for students who reside in counties bordering the Gulf of Mexico in Alabama, Florida (Escambia and Santa Rosa only) and Mississippi and are incoming freshmen accepted at Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama. Applicants must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and an ACT composite score of 26. Number of awards varies. Renewable.
