Scholarship for South Hampton Roads, Virginia residents who are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at the College of William and Mary, James Madison University, the University of Virginia, or Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University. Students must be graduates of a Chesapeake Public School, demonstrate academic achievement and potential for citizenship and leadership. Number of awards may vary. A personal statement and a copy of parent's income tax return must be included with application packet. Renewable.
