Scholarship for new, incoming freshmen enrolling at Valley City State University who will be majoring in Teacher Education. Applicants must have an ACT score between 18-22 and a CGPA between 2.75- 3.24 OR an ACT score above 23 and a CGPA above 3.25. Recipients must sign a Declaration of Intent to seek entry into the teaching program. Number of awards may vary. Award amount depends on GPA and test scores.
