Scholarship for Erie County, Pennsylvania residents who are college sophomores or juniors enrolled at Pennsylvania State University, Erie-The Behrend College or Gannon University majoring in Engineering. Students must have financial need, demonstrate academic achievement, and participation in college activities. Number of awards may vary. A personal letter must be included with application packet.
