Annual award for a graduate student attending California State University-Fullerton full-time, who is eligible to participate in commencement. Candidate must have made contributions to increase international understanding through leadership activities on campus with clubs and university-sponsored programs. Finalists may be requested to attend an interview. Selection also based on academic performance.
