Scholarship for residents of Beacon Falls, Bethlehem, Bridgewater, Cheshire, Goshen, Litchfied, Middlebury, Morris, Naugatuck, New Milford, Oxford, Prospect, Roxbury, Southbury, Thomaston, Warren, Washington, Waterbury, Watertown, Wolcott, Woodbury, Connecticut who are incoming freshmen or reapplicants pursuing postsecondary studies at the University of Pennsylvania. Selection based on academic achievement and financial need. Number of awards may vary. Nonrenewable.
