Scholarship for physically disabled full-time undergraduate or graduate students attending Penn State University. Applicants must have been enrolled as a resident instruction student at any Penn State location for a minimum of two semesters, have financial need, have positive academic records, or show promise of academic success. Preference is given to graduate students. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
