Scholarship for college juniors enrolled full-time at a postsecondary institution in Texas majoring in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering. Students must have financial need and come from a disadvantaged background. Preference given to Collin, Dallas, Denton, or Tarrant County, Texas residents. Number of awards may vary. Renewable.
