Annual award for graduating seniors from a Waterloo Public School (IA) who will be enrolling in a technical school, community college, or junior college in Black Hawk County, IA. Applicants must file the FAFSA and a minimum 2.5 GPA. Selection based on academic achievement, an essay, and work ethic. Number of awards and award amount may vary. Nonrenewable.
