Scholarship for undergraduate students who are AFSCME (American Federation of State, County & Municipal Employees) local union officers pursuing studies at the National Labor College. Applicants must have substantial organizing responsibilities and have 84 quarter hours of college or portfolio credit. Number of awards and award amount may vary. An essay must be included with application packet. Renewable.
