Annual award for Latino, Connecticut residents who are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at an accredited postsecondary institution in Connecticut. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, financial need, be U.S. citizens/permanent residents, and lived in Connecticut for 12 months prior to application. An essay and an SAR must be included with application packet.
