Scholarship for Harrison County, Ohio residents who are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at Ohio University Eastern Campus. Students must demonstrate financial need. Incoming freshmen must rank in the top 50% of the graduating class and current college students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Deadlines and award amounts may vary.
