Scholarship for full-time college sophomores, juniors, and seniors attending Pennsylvania State University, University Park who are majoring in Civil Engineering. Applicants must be pursuing thier first baccalaureate degree and have a minimum 3.2 GPA. Nonrenewable; recipients may reapply.
