Annual award for undergraduate student attending Missouri State University, majoring in Geology. Preference given to students with interest in the academic study of caves or karst terrain through successful completion of GLG350 (Speleology) or completion of or concurrent enrollment in a GLG499 project focusing on a cave or karst-related issue. Preference also given to students who have not received other scholarship awards from the GGP department over the same period. Selection based on academic performance in courses required in the geology major, with greater weight given to courses taken during the preceding three semesters. Due date and award amount varies.
