Mansfield University of Pennsylvania
Scholarship for graduate students attending Mansfield University in Pennsylvania. Three levels of tuition support are available as follows: 50% for minorities and/or those working in high-need geographic areas with a non-commutable distance to a library science university; 75% for those additiionally demonstrating financial need; 90% for those demonstrating severe financial need. All applicants must be certificated teachers from a state department of education. Award amount varies.
