Scholarship for Pulaski County, Arkansas residents who are graduate students enrolled full-time at a postsecondary institution in Arkansas. Applicants must be U.S. citizens. Awards are based on academics, school activities, community service, athletics, future goals, faculty and advisor recommendations, and financial need. Due date and number of awards may vary.
