Scholarship for Massachusetts residents who are full-time undergraduate students attending an approved institution in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, Vermont, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, or the District of Columbia. Applicants must have financial need and be a U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen. Students must file the FAFSA. Recipients who perform well in college may also qualify to receive the Performance Bonus Grant after a minimum of 24 credits have been earned. Number of awards and award amounts may vary.
