Scholarship for residents of El Paso County, Texas, who are juniors or seniors, attending the University of Texas - El Paso majoring in Nursing. Students must have a 2.5 GPA or better and demonstrate ability for great empathy and care for patients. Selection is determined by the College of Nursing faculty.
