Scholarship for residents of Africa who are undergraduate students attending Minnesota State University Moorhead. Selection is based on academic records and required documentation. Submit academic transcripts, an essay, and two letters of recommendation with application packet. Applications are reviewed as funds become available. Due date and number of awards varies.
