Scholarship for West Virginia residents who are full-time undergraduates attending West Virginia Wesleyan College. Preference given to students from Randolph, Upshur, or Greater Kanawha Valley counties. Award is based on financial need, academic excellence, and leadership. Number of awards may vary. Renewable.
