Scholarship for Hispanic Wisconsin residents who are undergraduate or graduate students enrolled at a postsecondary institution in Wisconsin. Students must be of 25% Hispanic descent and volunteer a minimum of 20 hours at the Mexican Fiesta festival. Number of awards and award amount may vary. An essay must be included with application packet.
