Scholarship for incoming freshmen accepted to Colorado State University full-time by March 1. Applicants must rank in the top 5% of their graduating class (or rank 1st or 2nd in a class fewer than 40 students); have an SAT score of at least 1300 or ACT of 30; have evidence of leadership, service to community and school; and outstanding character. be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Number of awards varies. Award amount is equal to tuition and fees, room and board stipend and a book allowance.
