Scholarship for incoming Eastern Michigan University freshmen who's residence is outside of Michigan. Students must have a minimum 3.5 GPA. Student's admissions application is reviewed for this award. Recipients must take 15 credit hours per semester and live in university residence halls their first two years. Renewable.
