Scholarship for undergraduate or graduate students enrolled full-time at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Cuesta College, Allan Hancock College. Students must have a documented learning disability; OR be majoring in Nursing, Dental Hygiene, Physical and Occupational Therapy, Public Health, Social Work, Psychology/Counseling or any Health field; OR pursuing a career in Early Childhood Education or Teaching; OR were consistently employed during school; OR from a single parent household; OR have parents that are employed as Nurses, Teachers, or at a Non-profit agency; OR completed the Montana Yellowstone Expeditions summer program. Students must have financial need and a documented learning disability. Number of awards and award amount may vary. An essay and a copy of parent's federal income tax must be included with application packet.
