Scholarship for American Indian undergraduate students who are first-year or transfer students accepted at Ottawa University. Applicants must be members the Ottawa Tribe, certified by the principal chieftain Quapaw, Oklahoma. Due date and number of awards may vary. Award amount is full tuition.
