Scholarship for out-of-state (outside California) undergraduate students planning to attend the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Selection is based on demonstrated financial need. Applicants must have filed a Statement of Intent to Register (SIR) with UCLA by May 1st. Applicant may be requested to attend an interview. Number of awards varies. Nonrenewable.
