Scholarship for transfer students accepted at Southeast Missouri State University full-time. Applicants must be nominated by Community College Presidents in the Southeast Missouri State University service region (two student nominations allowed per college). Award cannot be combined with other awards. Number of awards varies. Renewable; maintain a 3.5 GPA.
