Scholarship for undergraduate students enrolled at a postsecondary institution in Pennsylvania. Students must be state grand recipients and have financial need. A FAFSA must be submitted. Awards provide dollar-for-dollar match of scholarships awarded by the Foundation. Due date, and number of awards may vary.
