Scholarship for Barnes County, North Dakota residents who are undergraduate students enrolling/attending Valley City State University. Preference given to rural Barnes County residents. Two scholarships will be awarded to new/transfer students from Barnes County, ND and the remaining eight scholarships will be awarded to returning students from Barnes County, ND.
