Scholarship for undergraduate students enrolled full-time at the University of Alabama-Tuscaloosa. Priority given to Phillip W. Simmons family members; secondary priority given to graduates of Walker Junior College and/or dependents of residents of Jasper, Alabama. Due dates are December 1 for incoming freshmen and January 15th for transfer students. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
