Scholarship for female District of Columbia or Montgomery County, Maryland residents who are undergraduate students enrolled at the University of the District of Columbia majoring in Urban Studies. Students must have a minimum 3.0 CGPA. Number of awards and award amount may vary. An essay must be included with application packet.
